I personally dealt with Debbie Buchan. She was very professional, and explained every step of selling a house, which is my first time selling . Everything was dealt through her, by her, from the home report, the photographs, virtual video and also the viewings. Regarding the viewings, I personally picked this choice myself, as viewers are more honest with viewings when accompanied by the estate agent, and it’s also easier on the seller, she was in constant contact with me regarding the viewings, I always knew in advance by text and e mail. Also with it being lockdown, her professionalism shone through , she made sure that there was social distancing and also she sterilised anything that was touched before leaving. She explained every step of the process in lay mans terms, no complicated jargon. She is well knowledgable about the housing business, she is passionate in everything that she does, she was always at the end of the phone with any questions I had, even after office hours, and I would highly recommend this Company, I have no complaints what so ever, I personally think that these girls have a recently established business, and they are going to go far.
